Grow in Christ
In this time-conscious world, churches have transitioned from offering multiple services throughout the week to a single service on Sunday morning. Keeping people in church motivated to grow in Christ has become a daily challenge that many pastors struggle with. I leverage my seminary degree in education, combined with my teaching and discipling experience to train Christian leaders through a five-step process that equips them to grow spiritually and effectively share the Gospel with more people.

Meet Ron
Hi, my name is Ron Bush and I teach and equip Christian leaders to disciple others. Thirty years ago, during and after seminary, while providing pulpit supply and interim pastorates, I discovered a significant lack of Biblical literacy and discipleship among churchgoing Christians. It broke my heart and made me realize the urgent need for discipleship within the church. In the thirty years since then I have started, built and sold businesses, worked in Christian organizations, taught at the college level, written curriculum and launched a new business called Grow Disciples. I understand the challenges pastors face in training a laity that is more influenced by culture than Scripture. My goal is to help pastors and Christian leaders grow in Christ and develop other disciples. Churches that consistently do this may find themselves struggling to keep up with growth as their members actively train new disciples. When I am not speaking you can find me at home, working on a book and serving in my church. I look forward to connecting and being part of your next event so that, together, we can Grow Disciples.

Grow Disciples: The Essential Elements of Discipleship
Most people read very little today but prefer to watch videos. Other than a few verses Christians may pick up in church, most are Biblically illiterate. Attendees learn what a Christian disciple is and does according to Scripture, the importance of daily Scripture study and prayer, who Jesus was, what He told us to do, and how we are to do it.
